Reference Group Expression of Interest

A voluntary, collaborative coalition supporting Responsible AI practice in the games industry, convened by Vinebright Foundry.

Purpose

Vinebright Foundry is inviting expressions of interest from individuals who may wish to contribute to the proposed Reference Group for Responsible AI in Games.

The Reference Group is intended as a voluntary, cross-disciplinary forum to support discussion and emerging practice around Responsible AI in games.

Participants may include developers, creators, researchers, safety experts, community representatives, and others with relevant experience or perspectives.

Expectations

Participation in the Reference Group is expected to be lightweight and advisory in nature. The group is intended to support shared discussion and perspective rather than formal governance or regulatory activity.

Expressions of interest are particularly welcome from individuals with experience in areas such as:

Game development
Player safety and community moderation
AI research, systems design, or technical development
Ethics, governance, or digital rights
Creative industries and performer representation
Player advocacy or community leadership

Please Note: Submitting an expression of interest does not constitute membership of the Reference Group. Vinebright will review submissions and will notify individuals as the initiative develops. An initial cohort will be invited to participate as the Reference Group is convened.
