Vinebright combines technical architecture, narrative design, and responsible system thinking to build living worlds - in Aotearoa New Zealand, Argentina, and the USA.
Leadership
Vinebright is led by Danae Goddard Ward, a former senior technology leader who spent 20+ years building and delivering complex systems and strategic transformation - leading large multi-disciplinary teams, from strategy to ship.
Her background includes work in trust-sensitive systems, where social license, consent, and public accountability are operational requirements, not abstractions. That perspective informs how Vinebright approaches AI in games - as systems that must earn and maintain trust over time.
That combination of experience led directly to the creation of Vinebright Foundry - uniting system design, delivery, and creative vision to build living worlds.

Core Team
Vinebright designs and directs both Helix and Of Moss & Moonlight. We work with GameRec Studios (USA and Argentina), a boutique engineering team, to support implementation of the runtime and game systems.
